Dilan De Silva is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of roles including Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Contracts Manager, Procurement Manager and Commercial Manager. His experience also includes (quantity surveying) academic teaching at both a public university and private institution. He is a trained APC Assessor and a professional institution's APC candidate councillor.

Dilan has succesfully completed Certificate in Teaching QS from the University of Vocational Technology and ‘Learning to Teach Online' programme offered by the University of New South Wales.

He will oversee the academy's daily operations and develop courses on Quantity Surveying.
